Our network engineers will be updating the firmware version on our VPN devices that service a small subset of our customers. During these upgrades, primary traffic will route to the backup HA node until the primary node is finished and then traffic will shift back to the primary. Any user connected to the VPN device during this time will experience disconnects during the traffic shifts.
