One of our upstream networking providers will be performing software upgrades on their devices which will entail 30 minutes of hard down on their interface. Our network engineers will pull out that link prior to the maintenance and then add it back in once our network vendor ensures the maintenance is complete. Customers may experience some sub-optimal routing during this time while everything converges to our other network providers.
