Our engineers will be performing full reboots on all our Cloud and Storage server Hypervisors to apply full patches and newer system images on the Hypervisor servers. During each Hypervisor reboot, all Cloud and Storage servers will be offline while the Hypervisor is rebooted and the patches applied. We expect downtime for each Hypervisor to be around 15-30 minutes as updates are applied. Please contact our helpdesk (helpdesk@mnxsolutions.com) if your cloud server has any issue after the reboot.
