Any customer having any issues with their VM is encouraged to open a ticket via the Portal [https://portal.mnx.io] or via our helpdesk [help@mnxsolutions.com] email so that we can investigate.

Our engineers have processed about half of the planned CN reboots and are working on finishing up the remaining ones.
If there are any issues with a VM that hasn't come back online properly, please open up a ticket so that we can address it. Tickets can be created within the Portal [https://portal.mnx.io] or via our helpdesk [help@mnxsolutions.com]

Our engineers will be performing reboots on a small fraction of our Cloud Hypervisors to update their platform images and apply updates. During each Hypervisor reboot, all Cloud servers on the selected Hypervisor will be offline while the Hypervisor is rebooted and brought back online.
We expect the downtime for nodes on each Hypervisor to be around 15-30 minutes while the Hypervisor is rebooted. Please contact our helpdesk (help@mnxsolutions.com) if your cloud server has any issue after the reboot.
